Lino and his brother Martin grew up in a small town in Mexico. when Lino arrived in the United States he began his career bussing tables. He loved the action in the kitchen and dreamed of someday having his own restaurant. Since then Lino has worked in many kitchens perfecting his culinary talents, including Joe & Giuseppe’s where he was the Chef for many years. His brother Martin joined him years later and the two have been working side by side ever since.
They realized their dreams in 2004 when they opened their own family restaurant in Libertyville, Lino’s Ristorante. The name may say Lino’s, but there aremany family members behind the scenes working to create a wonderful experience for your dining pleasure.
